How we collect, use, and protect your information

Overview

The Security Cooperation Data Platform is designed to minimize data collection. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and protect the integrity of the platform.

This privacy notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Data We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account (currently in development), we collect your email address and optional display name. No passwords are stored; authentication uses one-time codes sent to your email.

Technical Logs

We collect basic technical information to operate and secure the platform, including IP addresses, browser type, and page access timestamps. This data is retained for operational purposes and is not used for behavioral tracking or advertising.

Cookie Consent State

Your cookie consent preference is stored locally in your browser to remember whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice.

Cookies

We use functional cookies only. These are required to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your cookie consent state is stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time using your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

This platform is hosted on Vercel and uses Neon for database services. Technical logs and infrastructure data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

When authentication is enabled, email delivery will be handled by a transactional email provider. Your email address will be shared with that provider solely to send authentication codes.
